Conor McGregor didn’t spend long at the UFC 202 pre-fight press conference.
‘The Notorious’ showed up thirty minutes late for the event which is not unusual for the UFC featherweight champion.
And just as he began to field questions, which were answered relatively inoffensively by McGregor’s standards, it all kicked off.
Bizarrely, Diaz decided to storm off the stage as he shouted “fuck your whole team!” at his opponent.
As the Stockton fighter and his team arrived at the exit, bottles and cans of Monster were hurled between the rivals.

The bedlam reportedly began when Nick Diaz told his younger brother to leave the press conference once McGregor arrived late.
UFC president Dana White quickly moved to bring an end to the press conference in an attempt to prevent anyone in the crowd getting hurt.
And if the purpose of the event was to ramp up interest in the rematch, it certainly accomplished that.
