There was a beautiful display of carnage during the opening two fights of UFC 196’s early prelims.
Anyone who tuned in to UFC 196 from the beginning was treated to some wonderful finishes. Firstly, Teruto Isihara scored a brutal knockout over TUF America v Europe fighter Julian Erosa.
Ishihara landed flush with a monstrous left hook that sent Erosa crashing to the canvas. He followed it up with a flurry of hammerfists before the referee had seen enough and awarded him the knockout win at 0:34 mark of the second round.

The second fight of the night was over even sooner. Jason Saggo completely dominated Saggo Justin Salas as soon as the fight hit the mat and eventually put his opponent out of his misery by forcing the TKO stoppage at the 4:31 mark of the first round with nasty ground and pound from back mount.
Beautiful ground game to set up the finish by @JasonSaggo! #UFC196 https://t.co/wpR5m5f7qY
