You’ve got to hand it to Peggy Morgan for finding the funny side of her loss at Invicta 18.
The Ultimate Fighter season 18 competitor suffered a first round annihilation at the heavy hands of Megan Anderson at Invicta 18 on Friday night.
Anderson kept pummeling Morgan until referee Mike England called mercy and stopped the fight at 4:09 of the opening stanza.
The beating certainly took its toll on Morgan, whose cheek swelled up to the size of a moderately-sized melon after eating a series of right hands.

Although she appeared downtrodden inside the cage after the fight had ended, Morgan was still able to poke fun at her horror injury on Instagram.
She recently shared a video of her doing a slow turn reveal to the camera with some stereotypical horror movie music playing in the background.

That video was taking on fight night though, but soon after she shared an update on what she looked like four days after the fight.
Although the swelling has gone down, it has been replaced by bruising… a hell of a lot of bruising.
