Walk-off leg kick knockouts are a rarity, but then again so are fighters like Justin Gaethje.
The 16-0 WSOF lightweight champion successfully defended his belt against Brain Foster in WSOF 29's main event in the wee hours of Sunday morning.
Gaethje took no time at all to finish the former UFC and Cage Warriors fighter, stopping the fight with a thunderous leg kick at 1:43 of the first round. He had been peppering his opponent's legs with vicious kicks throughout the short fight and the final one proved too much for the man who has a win over Matt Brown, who fell to the canvas in a heap clutching his shin.
Gaethje's latest stunning victory has left the MMA community perplexed as to why the UFC are trying their best to snap up the top lightweight for their already stacked 155 lb division.
