It seems that the UFC has finally grown tired of the cavalcade of criticism coming their way from Wanderlei Silva as the Las Vegas promotion has finally started legal proceedings against the Brazilian.
Silva recently claimed via Facebook that he had proof that fixed fights had taken place in the UFC and that proved to be enough for Dana White and Co.

Bloody Elbow report that the UFC have filed an “intentional misconduct” case against The Axe Murderer whose main aim seems to be getting cut from the roster.

Silva’s life ban after fleeing from a drug test has recently been overturned and he’s still technically under contract with the UFC but with his recent history of inflammatory claims about the promotion, he’s not in the running for “Employee of the Month” any time soon.
