That’s 20 wins. That’s 20 finishes.
Nikita Krylov may not own the most pristine technique in the UFC’s light heavyweight division but he could well enjoy more killer instinct than any of his rivals at 205 lbs.
The always entertaining Ukrainian extended his win streak in the Octagon to four with a crushing rear naked choke victory over Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt Francimar Barroso.
Krylov went beyond the first round for only the second time in his professional career but ‘The Miner’ (formerly ‘Al Capone’) did not need the third as he drew the tap in the second round.
Yet another finish for @KrylovUFC at #UFCRotterdam https://t.co/gsNFK9rhFi

Such was the power of Krylov that he didn’t even need to sink his forearm under Barroso’s chin. He just squeezed on the Brazilian’s jaw and left Barroso with no option.
There are not many fighters who have been competing in the UFC for as long as Krylov has who have never required the judges which is just one reason for the popularity of the 24-year-old prospect.
