The Donegal duo’s highlight reel finishes last year earned them spots on the European promotion’s 10 best knockouts of 2014
Letterkenny native Tommy McCafferty came in at ninth spot for his all-out demolishing of Scotland’s Dean Reilly in his promotional debut.
The Ghost cracked Reilly with a beautifully timed right hook that sent his opponent stumbling backwards to the canvas.
McCafferty followed him to the mat and bombarded him with vicious ground and pound to score a stunning second round TKO victory. Make sure to keep an eye on this undefeated prospect in 2015.
It comes as no surprise that Joseph Duffy topped this list. The UFC fighter’s vicious 36-second knockout against Julien Boussuge was enough to earn him the accolade of best knockout in the promotion last year. Duffy turned the lights out on the French man with a brutal knee. As you can see from the clip, Boussuge was unconscious before he hit the floor.
