Conor McGregor has some expert advice for Chad Mendes in the fourth installment of UFC 189 embedded.
This episode follows Chad Mendes and Conor McGregor on Independence day as the two warriors hit the gym hard, but find time to enjoy the July 4th festivities in the evening.
McGregor seems to be the paragon of confidence ahead of the bout, as he calmly advises his opponent on what not to do in the main event at UFC 189.
“He (Mendes) can plan his takedowns. They’re approach to the game is singular. They have a certain set of movements. A certain set of positions that they must succeed in, otherwise they will fail. If you come up against me with a singular approach, it’s not enough.”
“If I was to give him some advice it would be to have a back up plan.”
Meanwhile, Mendes was a little bit less eloquent with his message to the Notorious..
“I’m going to f****** whoop your ass, dude!”
