WWE superstar, UFC prospect and now CM Punk looks like he is adding BJJ coach to his CV.
The pro-wrestler turned mixed martial artist is a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and shows how to set up, lock in and finish one of his favourite techniques.
The Kimura (or double wrist lock for catch wrestling sticklers) is essentially a shoulder lock which is a perfect move to use from guard as it can be used to get the tap from an opponent or to sweep to a superior position.
Here CM Punk, real name Phil Brooks, shows how to finish the submission on Roufusport BJJ coach Daniel Wanderley.
