If you want to feel ashamed of your own body, have a scroll through Sage Northcutt’s social media profiles.
You may think you’re in pretty good shape, but odds are, the UFC starlet is annihilating you in the ripped department.
All that martial arts training, body-building and just being Tyron Woodley’s side-kick has left the 21-year-old more shredded than a julienne salad.
So, you’d be hard pressed finding anyone that could make him look in some way, like his physique hasn’t been chiseled out of marble by CrossFit Jesus himself.

Well, there is at least one guy who looks like he has leveled up from Northcutt, and his name is… Patrick.
Yeah, not really a massive gym rat name. We assumed he would have been called something biblical like Goliath or Dwayne ‘the Rock Johnson,’ but there’s no denying it, this Patrick guy has managed to achieve a feat that only a handful of people in the world could – make Sage ManZant look somewhat like a normal human being.
Who are we fooling? He’s still outrageously shredded, but Patrick actually looks photoshopped.
