The UFC certainly aren’t short of replacement options to fill the huge RDA-shaped void in UFC 196’s main event.
Rafael dos Anjos broke his foot and now Conor McGregor needs a new dance partner for March 5. Donald Cerrone and Norman Parke have already offered to step in and now two former champions have begun campaigning for their Red Panty Night.
Roofusport head coach Duke Roofus sent a tweet to the UFC big wigs letting them know that his fighter Anthony Pettis is interested in stepping in for RDA.

Former UFC lightweight champion Pettis then confirmed his interest in the bout.
I'm down to throw down!!! @dukeroufus @ufc @danawhite @lorenzofertitta

However, the man who last defeated Pettis inside the cage has also thrown his hat into the ring… we think. Former Bellator lightweight king Eddie Alvarez who defeated Pettis via split decision at UFC Fight Night 81 uploaded a post on Instagram that seemed to suggest he’s also after his red panty night.
