Roy Nelson is awaiting judgement for his actions inside the Octagon after knocking out Bigfoot Silva at UFC Brasilia last month.
The heavyweight took his frustrations out on the referee after he deemed it to be a late stoppage. Nelson dropped his opponent with a monstrous overhand right then began going to work with heavy ground and pound.
After landing the fifth punch on the Brazilian, a perplexed Big Country hesitated and looked up at Big John McCarthy who finally put the defeated fighter out of his misery.
Nelson stormed away furiously, throwing his arms up in the air in protest before darting back across the Octagon to kick McCarthy, who was checking on Silva.

MMAFighting are now reporting that the Superior Justice Court of MMA (STJDMMA) has accepted a complaint filed by one of its attorneys following the event. The report states that Nelson was notified on Wednesday and has been slapped with a 90-day temporary suspension.
The fan-favourite could be charged for assaulting the referee, which carries a fine of up to $30,000 and a six-month to two-year suspension, and unethical behavior which could result in as much as a $10,000 fine and up to six months on the sidelines.
The attorney suggested a 14-month suspension and a $18,500 fine, but the president of STJDMMA still has to evaluate the case, while Nelson has seven business days to present his defense.
