Breaking down barriers one armbar at a time.

There really is no doubt at this stage who the UFC’s biggest superstar is. That title belongs to UFC women’s bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey.

Rowdy will follow up being the first female ever to grace the cover of Men’s Fitness with another first. The combat sports star is set to guest host on ESPN’s massively popular show SportsCenter meaning she will be not only the first MMA fighter to do so, but the first female athlete to take the role ever.

Rousey admitted in a press release that she feels honoured to be involved in the show alongside anchor anchor Lindsay Czarniak.

“I’m excited to co-host SportsCenter with Lindsay on Wednesday. I”ve always appreciated the support ESPN has shown me and I’m honored to be the first female celebrity co-host!”

Rowdy defends her title against Holly Holm in the main event of the huge UFC 193 stadium event on November 15 in Melbourne, Australia.
