The UFC strawweight earned a crack at Joanna Jedrzejczyk’s belt with a dominant decision victory over Jessica Aguilar at UFC 190.
The Brazilian pummeled Aguilar with brutal strikes, eventually breaking the American fighter’s nose. All three judges scored the fight 30-27 in favour of Gadelha.
Despite winning the bout in impressive fashion, Gadelha didn’t walk away from it unscathed. She posted a picture showing her severely damaged on Twitter a week after the fight.

We can’t see the rest of her body from the pic, but from the looks of it, there is a distinct possibility she has pulled a Ken Griffey Junior after consuming some of Montgomery Burns’ Brain & Nerve tonic
