Michael Bisping looks in serious shape ahead of his middleweight title shot against Luke Rockhold at UFC 199.
The Count was finally granted his crack at UFC gold after former champion Chris Weidman was forced to withdraw from his rematch against Rockhold on very short notice due to a serious neck injury.
Although the acerbic-tongued English fighter was filming on the set of Vin Diesel’s action blockbuster sequel xXx: The Return of Xander Cage when he got the call to fight Rockhold, Bisping has managed to keep himself in fighting shape.

The TUF season 3 champion uploaded a post-workout photo of himself alongside his son Callum to Instagram on Sunday, and the UFC veteran is looking very lean less than a week out from UFC 199.
Bisping credited his movie role for his conditioning being “right where it usually is” on a recent appearance on the MMA Hour.
“I was doing the movie I was trying to keep in good condition. Being as vain as I am, I wanted to look good for the camera. So I was keeping my weight low.”
UFC 199 goes down on Saturday June 4, with the main card kicking off at 3 am Irish time on Sunday morning. A bantamweight title bout, which will see Dominick Cruz and Urijah Faber complete their trilogy of fights, will provide the co-main event.
