We’re going to give you one last chance to turn back before scrolling down and seeing the photographic evidence of Diego Sanchez’ latest surgery.
We haven’t seen Sanchez (25-7) since his victory over Ross Pearson last June and, after falling out of a fight with Joe Lauzon that was slated for UFC 180, the TUF 1 veteran decided to go under the knife.
