Earlier today, we watched and re-watched the impressive footage of Conor McGregor training with movement guru Ido Portal.
The Notorious is neck-deep in training for his UFC clash with Jose Aldo, in December, and enjoyed the mesmeric session at coach John Kavanagh’s Straight Blast Gym.
