This probably isn’t the type of response Nick Diaz was hoping to hear from the UFC.
The NSAC essentially ended the career of one of the most popular MMA fighters ever this week.
Nick Diaz was handed a five-year ban from the sport after testing positive for marijuana metabolites in a post-fight drug test after his superfight with Anderson Silva in January. As a result of the ban, the former Strikeforce champion will be unable to compete until he’s 36, meaning we may not see him inside the Octagon ever again.
The UFC kept tight-lipped over the NSAC’s ruling, which caused Diaz to ask why they haven’t responded through his Twitter account.
Interesting that NSAC commissioner owned cannabis dispensary. #hypocrite #dorkcourt #whereisufcresponse http://t.co/bC8eTZm3af

In the early hours of Wednesday morning, the promotion’s president Dana White did respond to Diaz’s lengthy ban… sort of. White managed to respond to the ban without really saying anything.
@RissyCrozay what I think isn't important. I have no say in the matter. They don't give a shit what I think. People who know MMA know that

It surely won’t be the last time White is asked about the matter in the coming weeks.
