Mark Hunt and Brock Lesnar are doing their damnedest to set the stage for the UFC 200 main event.
The heavyweight duo will face off in the penultimate bout of a card that is outrageously stacked.
While Lesnar has warned Hunt that he does not want to take this contest to the floor, the Australia-based Kiwi responded by threatening to punch the WWE star’s face clean off.
Hunt has also made claims that Lesnar is on Performance Enhancing Drugs. In June, Hunt told FOX Sport Australia:
“I think he’s juiced to the gills… and I still think I’m going to knock him out.
“I don’t think that’s fair. I think it’s load of bullshit, I think it’s rubbish. I don’t think anyone should be exempt from [USADA] testing. If they’re trying to clean the sport up – mixed martial arts – this is a bad way to do it. I don’t care who you are. It’s ridiculous.”
On a UFC 200 conference call, last night, Lesnar responded emphatically to Hunt’s declaration:
“I’ve been dealing with that my entire life. I’m a white boy and I’m jacked; deal with it.
“What do you want me to say? I’m a white boy and I’m jacked. Deal with it.”
So good he said it twice.
You can listen to the entire conference call here, with the Q&A kicking off from the four-minute mark.
UFC 200 takes place in Las Vegas on July 9.
