Not the way they saw their marriage going.
Brittney Palmer’s husband has been arrested for allegedly assaulting and attempting to murder her, according to TMZ.
The website has obtained documents that note a pretty extreme domestic violence incident between Palmer and Aaron Zalewski, who she married in 2014. Here is an unsavoury taste of what is alleged to have happened, last month.
‘The massive fight went down at the couple’s L.A. home on the evening of June 11; when Palmer and Zalewski got into an argument. He had previously overheard a casting agent call her “babe” over the phone, and allegedly went ballistic.
LAPD says things got physical when they wrestled for her phone – Zalewski noticed she was recording the argument, and during the struggle he threw Palmer, and she hit her head on a bedpost.
Brittney told cops Zalewski yelled, “Pack your f**king bags and go!”, but wouldn’t let her leave. She says he threw her down again — pinning her face down on a mattress, with his knee in her back. She says she struggled to breathe for 2 minutes while he held her down.’
Palmer and Zalewski pictured together in February 2014.TMZ report that Zakewski was arrested in the early hours of June 12 and could face charges of attempted murder, spousal battery, and criminal threats.
He was released on bail the next day.
Palmer has been with the UFC since 2011. She began as an Octagon Girl and was recently involved with presenting, and interviewing contestants in, The Ultimate Fighter Brazil.
