Wallets, spectacles, phone, tickets and keys.

There are thousands of Irish fans set to depart for a late winter break in Las Vegas this week as Conor McGregor faces Jose Aldo in Saturday night’s UFC featherweight unification bout.

If you are wondering how much craic will be had, rewind five months, when thousands of Irish fans descended on Sin City, turning it various shades of green for UFC 189, when Chad Mendes stood in for the injured Aldo.

Of course, anytime Irish fans get anywhere near a sporting event we tend to take over, and back in July we got to bring you some of the best pics and videos from Irish fans who went over to Las Vegas.

It wasn’t all about flags though, as some brilliant video footage showed the crazy atmosphere in the build up to the July 11th fight.

And after the win the Irish fans were in full voice

So ahead of next Saturday we’re looking for fans heading stateside to help us bring the best of the madness and craic of UFC 194 to our readers.

If you spot Jose Aldo eating in McDonalds, or Conor McGregor sinking a few pints of the black stuff before the fight, then get in touch through the usual channels.

We’ll even take some more Fr Ted inspired flags and banners too.

If you have something you would like to share with us from Las Vegas ahead of the McGregor fight,  or spot something on your mate’s social media, send it to editorial@sportsjoe.ie or hit us up on Facebook and Twitter
