The main event of UFC Belfast makes the card worth the price of admission alone.
The Octagon’s return to Northern Ireland has received it’s official headliner and it’s an absolute doozy as SBG’s Gunnar Nelson will take on Dong Hyun Kim.
Nelson, back on track after his defeat to Demian Maia at the end of last year, is hoping to put consecutive wins together for the first time since 2014 when he squares off with the South Korean fighter on November 19.

‘Gunni’ last fought at UFC Fight Night 87 when he submitted dangerous striker Albert Tumenov and he can break into the top 10 of the UFC rankings with a victory over Kim, who is ranked 10th in the division.
Kim’s most recent outing ended with a first round TKO, as he turned Dominic Waters into the 21st win of his professional career.
The welterweight bout takes top billing for the UFC’s first show in Belfast since UFC 72 in 2007, which was closed out by a middleweight tilt between Rich Franklin and Yushin Okami.
It’s bound to be a barnburner… a barnburner for which tickets go on sale on September 23. Get them!
