If there’s one thing we love it’s a bit of fighting talk.
Michael Bisping is famous for it. Right now the British veteran is sitting pretty as UFC middleweight champion and he’s milking the hell out of it. For the first time in his career, he’s got the tallest stack of chips.
The 37-year-old seems to be loving watching the rest of the division throw insults his way to try and bag a shot at his title.
Luke Rockhold is desperate for his belt back, as is former champion Chris Weidman.
But while The Count has his eye on a big rematch with the legendary Dan Henderson, who once bombed him unconscious in 2014, another man has entered the frame.
Arguably the biggest legend of them all Georges St-Pierre was named as another candidate looking for a clash with Britain’s first ever UFC champ.

Bisping had claimed that the former welterweight king’s camp had made a tentative approach for a fight.
GSP has been back in serious training and officially announced he is back in the game. He has been desperate to get back into the Octagon – with fights having been mooted with Conor McGregor and Robbie Lawler before now.
Bisping could be the perfect opportunity to get back into the game on the biggest stage… and he seems keen.
The Mancunian and the Canadian are both tied on 19 for the most wins in UFC history – so this would be the ultimate decider.
But St-Pierre went on The MMA Hour with Ariel Helwani and stirred up a potential match up with Bisping even more.
While he denies that his camp had approached Bisping’s, when asked he said he would step in to fight the Brit if it was what the UFC and the fans wanted.

GSP says he has more skills, more athleticism, and a higher fighting IQ than Michael Bisping. Sounds like he is very open to this.

The last part about GSP being a better all-round fighter than Bisping – well we’ve heard that one before.
Anderson Silva underestimated him, Luke Rockhold underestimated him, so we would be intrigued to see if Bisping could turn legend-killer once again and beat one of the greats of the sport in his first title defence.
