Most mixed martial arts organisations don’t promote as well as Aaron Chalmers does.
A career in fight promotion surely lies ahead for the divisive Geordie Shore star, whose mixed martial arts career continues on February 9 in his native Newcastle.
After inking a deal with Bellator, Chalmers will hope to move to 5-0 as a professional fighter when he shares the cage with Corey Browning in two months’ time.
Bellator confirmed their return to the UK earlier this week and on Friday, Chalmers announced that he would feature on the card.
‘The Joker’ revealed his next fight with a very unique video which has got the MMA world talking.

Chalmers remains a polarising fighter, with some feeling that he was given better opportunities more quickly due to his celebrity status and social media following.
But Chalmers can only fight who is in front of him and his ability to sell tickets is greater than any other fighter on the planet with a 4-0 record.
The 31-year-old has yet to see a second round since making his professional debut last year but Browning represents a logical step-up in competition after the American recently defeated Kevin ‘Baby Slice’ Ferguson Jr.
Until October, Chalmers had been embroiled in a legal battle with former promotion BAMMA before an agreement was reached to release ‘The Joker’ from his contract and Bellator predictably pounced.
