“Fuck you, Conor McGregor.”
Felice Herrig has never been a fan of Conor McGregor but the Irishman’s antics on Thursday have pushed Herrig over the edge.
Herrig was the first fighter on the scene at the Barclays Centre to share footage of McGregor’s ill-advised attack on the buses which were in place to bring those competing on Saturday’s UFC 223 card back to the host hotel.
More distressing clips have since emerged of ‘The Notorious’ shattering a bus window, which caused several cuts to the face of top UFC lightweight Michael Chiesa.
McGregor and several teammates were reportedly let into the building by credentialed media members who work for McGregor’s website, the Mac Life, and carnage followed as soon as the entire crew took an elevator down to the loading dock.
The incident is believed to have been sparked by an altercation earlier this week between Khabib Nurmagomedov and McGregor’s training partner, Artem Lobov.
But, whatever beef the two camps have with each other, Herrig believes McGregor’s actions were totally out of line.
“Whether he thought about it consciously or not, he put all the fighters and their corners… he put our lives in danger,” Herrig told TMZ Sports.

“You don’t know. He had a whole posse and a whole team with him doing all of this.
“What if a security guy or a cop comes and starts shooting and somebody gets caught in the line of fire?”
Herrig meets Karolina Kowalkiewicz at UFC 223, with the winner moving a step closer to a shot at the 115lbs title, which will be decided by a rematch between Rose Namajunas and Joanna Jędrzejczyk on the same night.
