Conor McGregor has been ranked as the 12th highest paid entertainer in the world by Forbes Magazine.
McGregor made an estimated $85 million for his professional boxing debut against Floyd Mayweather Jr. last year with his opponent taking the number one spot on the list with an estimated earnings of $275 million.
Their fight in Las Vegas generated more than $550 million and registered the second most pay-per-view buys in history with 4.3 million purchases, trailing only Mayweather’s fight with Manny Pacquiao in 2015 as the most purchased fight in history.
McGregor is the fourth ranked athlete on the list behind Mayweather, Barcelona forward Lionel Messi and new Juventus signing Cristiano Ronaldo.
However, the Dubliner still ranks ahead of PSG forward Neymar and four-time NBA MVP LeBron James who are the only other athletes included in the top 20.
