The 38-year-old Lesnar hasn’t had an MMA bout since losing to Alistair Overeem at UFC 141 in 2011. Lesnar’s fighting career ended prematurely due to his struggles with the digestive disease diverticulitis. After leaving the sport of MMA, he returned to the WWE, but it looks like he’s ready to make the switch back just in time for it’s landmark UFC 200 event.
Lesnar is still under contract with the WWE, but rumour has it that taking a UFC bout won’t end his relationship with the promotion.
