Although no official announcement has been made, Ben Askren is now a UFC fighter.
The organisations refusal to highlight it though, has only added fuel to his fire.

The former Olympian is coming in hot, and God help anyone who stands in his way, the undefeated welterweight is clearly not short of words.
Since news broke of the historic trade deal that sees Askren leave ONE Championship for the UFC, whilst flyweight legend Demetrius Johnson goes the other direction, the Arizona based fighter has called out a plethora of fighters including; the Diaz brothers, Jorge Masvidal, Khabib Nurmagomedov and Georges St. Pierre.

Despite signing with MMA's leading organisation, Askren is clearly not limiting his insults to just UFC fighters. Yesterday the welterweight completely blasted Conor McGregor's training partner Dillon Danis, after the Bellator fighter commented under one of his tweets.
In fairness, Danis did make the first move, but by God, Askren did not let up.

Danis has yet to reply to Askren's insults, but it must surely be a matter of time as the SBG fighter is known to have just as sharp a tongue as "The Notorious".
