In the early hours of Friday morning, it was confirmed that Aisling Daly will no longer be fighting on the historic UFC Krakow card in April.
Claudia Gadhelha has pulled out of her scheduled bout with Irish MMA veteran Aisling Daly at UFC Fight Night Poland, just 17 days before the two were scheduled to throw down.
The Brazilian revealed on Instagram that she was forced to withdraw from the fight after suffering a muscle spasm in her back during wrestling training. She added that she hopes she gets to fight “the Bash” soon, claiming that the Irish fighter follows her training partner Conor McGregor’s lead and engages in trash talking.

Daly explained on Twitter that because Gadelha pulled out of the bout so close to the event, that she has also been removed from the card. She also wished her a speedy recovery and cleared up that she has never said anything that could be misconstrued as trash-talk against the Brazilian.
@WMMANews I was told there won't be a replacement me for this event.

This means fans will have to wait a little longer to see Daly’s highly anticipated sophomore appearance in the UFC Octagon. Daly scored a phenomenal first round submission victory against Alex Chambers in her promotional debut at the TUF 20 finale.
