A year away from the fight game did nothing to hamper the weight-cutting ability of Anderson Silva who made weight without a problem ahead of his comeback fight against Nick Diaz.
Anderson Silva (33-6) weighed in at 186lbs for the middleweight encounter as he looks to claw his way back into title contention after being forced out of competition since December 2013 to recover from a vicious leg break.
Meanwhile his opponent, perennial welterweight contender Nick Diaz (26-9, 1NC) predictably had no issue making the middleweight limit for his first bout at 185lbs as he weighed in bang on point.
The bout headlines a stacked UFC 183 card, the weigh-ins of which saw all but two of the 24 fighters make weight, with perpetual target-missers John Lineker and Kelvin Gastelum coming up short.
