The fine men of the Donaghmoyne Fontenoys minor football team may have provided us with one of the TV moments of the year after their Monaghan county final triumph last Sunday.
They defeated Truagh Gaels in the county decider in Clones by 3-13 to 2-9, to secure the title ahead of the county senior final between Scotstown and Monaghan Harps.
The senior game was the main televised event of the afternoon on TG4 and as Mícheál Ó Domhnaill was building up to the encounter with analysts Jarlath Burns and Tomas O Flatharta, they were almost knocked down by the enthusiastic teenagers at the sideline presentation area.
Fair play to the producer who managed to keep the table upright amid the madness
Thankfully the incident was only captured during a rehearsal and not live on air.
