Waterford got the better of Tipperary today in a brilliant Allianz hurling league clash in Thurles by 1-18 to 1-17.
The game was a tough one for Colm Lyons to referee at times, as you would expect between two Munster rivals.
But one incident in particular appears to have been a key talking point after the game.
John O’Dwyer received a yellow card for a wild pull on Jake Dillon in the second half, and at the time, many felt it could have been worse.

The incident sounded like a serious one, and on League Sunday tonight, Kilkenny legend Eddie Brennan described it as reckless.
Make up your mind if he deserved a red or not.
