The banter appears to be off the chart down in the southeast ahead of Saturday’s Wexford county senior football final.

St Martin’s take on St James’ in Innovate Wexford Park and both clubs are enjoying the build up in their own unique way.

Naturally the day of a county final is always a big occasion locally, and it seems for some in St Martin’s, there is a different type of training going on

They have also put out an appeal for followers to be creative in showing their support ahead of Saturday

Meanwhile their rivals in St James have seemingly taken to painting the village’s local church for Saturday afternoon:

Church is coming along nicely. Nice work Roger…Get them flags flying high folks!!
