Touching tale about Dublin and Mayo All-Ireland mascots proves GAA bonds are never truly broken

Great to see...

Great to see.

There was a photo of two GAA fans at the All-Ireland football final doing the rounds following last Sunday’s final at Croke Park.

A young Dublin fan and young Mayo fan, mascots for the game, were acting like best pals, arm-in-arm and serving as an example to fans everywhere, of any sport.

The two conveyed the true spirit of the GAA.

Hill 16 Army, a Dublin supporters’ group, launched an appeal to get the two lads tickets for next Saturday’s replay.

And AIB GAA duly obliged.

Enjoy the game, lads.
