We’re joined by Armagh legend Enda McNulty and Carlow hurler Marty Kavanagh on today’s show.
Kavanagh enjoyed one of the best days of his hurling career on Saturday, when he won the Joe McDonagh Cup with Carlow, as well as winning the man-of-the-match award.
The St Mullin’s man took a break from the celebrations to join us for a chat, where he discussed their slow start to the League, the bond between their players and how much this means to the county as a whole.
Meanwhile, on the back of the release of his new book Commit 2 Lead Unlock Your True Leadership Potential, Armagh All-Ireland winner and All-Star Enda McNulty joined us to discuss his career as a player and, in latter years, as a performance coach.
