We, like everyone else, were impressed with Padraic Maher’s no nonsense approach to blood pouring from his head during Tipp’s win over Clare yesterday.
We don’t know what happened Maher but his relaxed attitude to the sight of so much of his own blood was certainly impressive.
This morning, team-mate Seamus Callanan tried to jokingly muscle in on Maher’s hardiness with his own injury sustained in the Clare clash.
