Galway are set to ratify the appointment of Micheal Donoghue as the county’s new hurling manager at a county board meeting this evening.
The Clarinbridge man takes over from Anthony Cunningham, who resigned following a bitter row with the squad that included the loss of a vote of confidence from players.
