GAA stars posing with their younger selves is absolutely gas

Turning back the clock

Ben Kiely

Time waits for no man, not even a man who’s good under a high ball.

First we brought you some of our little island’s most iconic athletes posing with their younger selves, then we gave some of Ireland’s past Six Nations heroes the same treatment. Now, we’re taking a look at the ravaging effects time has had on the stars of our national games.

Without further adieu, here’s 15 GAA personalities, past and present, standing side by side with younger versions of themselves. You’ll notice that Father Time has been kinder to some more than others.

We’ll say no more.
