GAA confirm details for football and hurling Allianz League semi-finals

Kevin McGillicuddy

We can hear the ‘free Luas’ jokes already all the way from Castlerea.

All roads lead to Croke Park this Sunday for the sides involved in the Allianz Football League semi-finals.

The opening last four clash of the day at 2pm sees Kerry face Roscommon, with the Kingdom looking for revenge for their shock defeat to the Connacht side in Killarney in February.

The second game throws in at 4pm and sees Dublin face Donegal.

The details for the Allianz Hurling League semi-finals have also been confirmed with Thurles hosting a double-header on April 17th.

There is a 2pm throw in for the clash of Waterford and Limerick, while 12 months after they met in the relegation play-off, Clare and Kilkenny meet at 4pm for a spot in the league finale.

The GAA have also confirmed the details for the Promotion/Relegation Allianz Hurling League Play-offs this coming weekend

Division 1B Promotion/Relegation Play-off – Westmeath v Laois, O’Connor Park, Tullamore, 3.30pm

Division 2B Promotion/Relegation Play-off – Donegal v Roscommon, Venue TBC, 5.00pm
