Brian Fenton reveals what players he’d love to have playing for Dublin

And the worst dressed on the Dublin team!

Dublin doesn’t need any more talent in their team.

But you can always dream, there are plenty of good players out there that could improve the team.

Brian Fenton was asked who he’d want to play alongside and had a list of players.

The 2016 Player of the Year nominee was speaking to 98FM and even mentioned one Mayo player on the list despite being bitter rivals:

“There’s probably a couple, Michael Murphy from Donegal for everything he brings, his presence and his leadership.

“Ryan McHugh from Donegal, he’s excellent as well.

“A couple of the Kerry boys you wouldn’t mind having them, the likes of Paul Geaney and maybe David Moran in midfield.

“A couple of the Mayo lads are excellent, Aidan O’Shea for everything he brings and his physicality but I think I’m happy with the cards I’ve been dealt.

“You look around the dressing room and you can’t fault too many Dublin footballers and you can’t say ‘Awh, listen I’d replace you with someone else’ so I think I’m happy and I’ll stick with them,” Fenton said.

He also revealed who is the most vein player on the Dublin team:

“John Small likes to be looking well with the hair and he’ll slag you about your hair to bump himself up so John Small is definitely the most vain.”

And then there is the case of the worst dressed in the team and the Raheny man had absolutely no hesitations in saying that title belongs to Jack McCaffrey:

“That’s an easy one, he knows at this stage but it is definitely Jack McCaffrey, the poor fella. He’ll show up in the flairs and the runners and the poxy Superdry T-shirts so Jack McCaffrey is definitely the worst dressed.”

You can listen to the full interview below where it also reveals the best trainer along with the most unbearable and most interesting.
