There are five senior provincial finals taking place this weekend.
The club action begins on Saturday afternoon with a Leinster final double-header in Croke Park. Both games will be shown live on RTÉ, kicking off with the football at 2.15.
Kilmacud Crokes are in hot pursuit of a third successive Leinster championship, with Naas standing in their way.
Their meeting is a repeat of the 2021 final-fixture, where the Dublin side came out on top on a final scoreline of 0-14 0-7.
That will be followed by a hurling final that pits 2003 and 2010 Champions O’Loughlin Gaels against Na Fianna, who are contesting their first ever Leinster senior hurling final.
The Kilkenny side defeated Kilcormac-Killoughey in last Saturday’s semi-final while Na Fianna overcame the challenge of Naas.
Meanwile, TG4 takes over on Sunday, with the Connacht football final up first, followed by the Munster hurling final between Ballygunner and Clonlara. The Waterford champs are also chasing their third title in a row, having beaten Kilmallock and Ballyea in 2021 and 2022 respectively.
In Connacht, former four-in-a-row champs Corofin (2016 to 2019) are hoping to win their first title since 2019. To do so they’ll have to overcome the challenge of Roscommon champs St Brigid’s, who won four provincial titles between 2006 and 2012.
Meanwhile, the senior camogie and ladies football finals are also taking place with both reigning champs Sarsfields (Galway) and Kilkerrin-Clonberne still standing.
