Bryan Sheehan’s younger brother nails sideline winner to claim Middle East games

Jack O'Toole

Liam Sheehan, younger brother of Kerry midfielder Bryan Sheehan, has nailed a point from the sideline to give the Dubai Celts a one-point win over Oryx Na hEireann in the final of the Middle East games in Oman, UAE.

Sheehan sliced a beautiful shot with the outside of his foot to give Dubai Celts the extra-time win and it’s about as good as a match winning point as you’re likely to see.

Sheehan previously played with his brother Bryan for St. Mary’s and won a AIB GAA Football All-Ireland Intermediate Club Championship in 2016 after a win over Hollymount-Carramore, Mayo.
