Trust Pat Spillane to make the most of a opportunity for publicity.

The Kerry legend and many others from his home club of Templenoe are in the UK this weekend ahead of the All-Ireland Junior club Q-final against John Mitchels on Sunday afternoon.

The Kerry club feature Spillane’s son Pat Jnr, as well as a number of his nephews including All-Ireland minor medalist Killian in their ranks.

The team traveled over this morning and thankfully all the gear made it over safely too

Throw in tomorrow is at 2pm in Páirc na hÉireann and before the game some of the Templenoe players and mentors are soaking up the magic of the FA Cup as they took in a chance to watch Birmingham City host Premier League side Bournemouth this afternoon at St Andrews.

It also gave some of the players and supporters a chance to make sure they got their banner supporting the Kerry side’s efforts in nice and early to the ground.
