The golden rule – sometimes the ONLY rule – of Stag and Hen weekends has been well and truly scrapped.
There once was a time that what happened on these wild weekends, or nights, stayed just there.
Everyone was happy with the rule. Everyone adhered to it. It was in the best interests of… everyone.
And then the wheels came off. It started with a snap here, a Facebook check-in there, a Paul O’Connell in a Liverpool jersey here:

Soon we were inundated with pictures and videos of the bride and brooms to be going buck mad on one of their last weekends of freedom.
Sure even Bernard Brogan got involved.

Brogan took the advice but that hasn’t stopped the rot.
Still, when you are on Laura Evans’ hen do and you’re living it up on a luxury yacht in Dubai it is sometimes hard not to boast. Particularly when you’ve went gung-ho on the ‘Mayo 4 Sam’ theme and you’re all wearing Aidan O’Shea and Lee Keegan masks.

Location. Weather. Mode of transport. Colour scheme. Masks. Check, check, check, check, check.
The Breaffy man couldn’t but approve…

We were initially struggling to figure out who the mask at the back [on the left] was but it sure looks a lot like Andy Moran. He’ll be chuffed.
