After making a flying start to life at Old Trafford, Zlatan Ibrahimović has fallen away in recent weeks.
The Swedish striker endured a torrid afternoon in front of goal, as did many of his Manchester United teammates, as none of their 37 shots found a way past Burnley goalkeeper Tom Heaton.
He even set a personal record at Old Trafford – but not one he’ll be too happy with – marking his longest goalless run of the decade.
6 – Zlatan Ibrahimovic has gone six league games without scoring for the first time since December 2007 with Inter Milan. Deflated.

Ibrahimović might have six goals to his name already this season, but has not found the net in a Premier League game since the 2-1 Manchester Derby defeat back on September 10.
His worst miss came late on when he fired over from close range with Heaton out of the picture, but United fans were on the veteran’s back throughout the afternoon.
#MUFC fans used to jest about Andy Cole needing 5 chances to score 1. At present, we'd take that ratio with Zlatan

Zlatan can talk as much as he wants, but performances have to back it up. He's so far off from what he promised. Rotation is needed.

Zlatan has been poor again. Can't understand why he plays 90 mins every week. Hard to justify him even keeping Rooney out today, remarkably.

Zlatan pisses me off more and more man. The guy needs to start producing.

But others have been keen to admit the club’s problems go far deeper than one player, even if that player hasn’t found the net domestically in more than a month.
While blaming Zlatan is somewhat merited, fans often blame the easy outlet, Zlatan, Rooney, Mourinho. I see a bigger issue, team mentality

People don't wanna see it United have big problems all over the pitch continue to bury your heads in the sand

Ibrahimović obviously has the goods to turn things around – his start to life in Manchester, not to mention the rest of his illustrious career, is evidence of that.
At least he’s providing some entertainment for fans of other clubs up and down the country.
Ibrahimovic was brought in to replace Rooney up front and if you ask me he's doing a perfect job at it
