Don’t watch this if you’ve just eaten.
Demba Ba has just suffered a truly horrible leg-break, one of the worst we’ve seen in a long time.
The former Newcastle United and Chelsea striker, who’ll always be remembered as the man who capitalised on Steven Gerrard’s slip in the pivotal game of the 2014 Premier League title race, has been playing for Shanghai Shenhua in China for the past year, and doing well.
Ba has scored 20 goals in 28 games and took to the field on Sunday for the game against Shanghai SIPG.
However, after 70 minutes, the 31-year-old tangled with an opposition defender, lost his balance, and this happened.
Be warned, it can’t be unseen.

A horror injury, potentially career ending. Hopefully Ba can get playing sooner rather than later.
