WATCH: A stern Roy Keane didn’t exactly appear bowled over by Barcelona’s training session

He cut a terrifying figure

We’d pay good money to hear Keano vocalise his first thoughts on Lionel Messi’s new blonde look.

The Republic of Ireland assistant manager was at St George’s Park on Wednesday to watch a Barcelona training session and he looked like he was having exactly zero craic in the stands.

Keane, sat alone in one section of the ground, appeared stony-faced as he observed the likes of Luis Suarez and Arda Turan have a relaxed session.

Barcelona play Celtic in an International Champions Cup tie on Saturday and it’s likely that Keane was just trying to pick up some tips from Luis Enrique as there was nobody from Ireland’s World Cup qualifying group there to be scouted.

Still, it must be terrifying to glance up from a jovial round of keepy-ups to see this face staring back at you.
