VIDEO: Marouane Fellaini looking forward to playing the ‘country’ of Derby

Did he bring his passport?

Anyone who has heard actor Jack O’Connell speak (or witnessed Angelina Jolie trying to imitate him) would be forgiven for thinking that Derby is an exotic faraway place on the other side of the globe.

But no, apparently it’s a city in the East Midlands – in the United Kingdom. No borders or anything.

Someone should perhaps let Marouane Fellaini know before the Belgian totem pole turns up at Manchester Airport, assuming that he’ll need to change his money into Derbesas and turn his clock back to local time.

Fellaini was talking ahead of Man United’s FA Cup clash with Derby County on Friday, but seemed to think they were playing Derby Country.

If United lose, perhaps he’ll consider emigrating there along with Louis van Gaal…
