What a hit, son!
Lazar Markovic will have done his chances of a Premier League second chance no harm at all with this golazo for Fenerbahce on Thursday night.
The 21-year-old winger was signed by Brendan Rodgers (or his transfer committee) in the summer of 2014 for an eyebrow-raising €26 million but failed to really make an impact on the Reds team and was sent out on loan last August.
But supporters will be hoping that this is a sign of things to come if he is to return to England as the Serbia international came up with a goal to remember which handed Fenerbahce all three points in their group game against Tuzlaspor in the Turkey Cup.
Teammate Volkan Sen did brilliantly to cut inside and find the run of Markovic who scooped the ball over a defender and hammered it in off the crossbar.
It happened in the final minute too!
