It was one of the worst kept secrets in football, but today Barcelona fans finally got the confirmation that one of the club's best ever players will leave at the end of this season.
Xavi,the architect of so much success during his 17 years at the Camp Nou, is leaving to join Al-Sadd in Qatar, and it's disappointing we won't get to see him grace our screens with wonderful passing and amazing technique anymore.
The move has long been mooted and in fact the Spaniard revealed at his press conference that he had intended to leave last season

The midfielder was rated as one of the best in the world and anytime you think of tika-taka then Xavi is the man that will be most associated with the style.
He has three games left and his club have today released a short but frankly brilliant tribute to the World Cup winner.
